Personal & Semi-Private Training
Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, move without pain, or simply feel like yourself again, we start with a conversation, not a cookie-cutter program.
After an initial assessment, every session is customized around where you are and where you want to go. I offer both private one-on-one training and semi-private sessions for those who prefer a shared training environment without sacrificing personalized programming. Nutrition coaching for weight loss, muscle building or body recomposition is woven in as needed- because training and nutrition aren’t separate conversations.
Athlete Strength & Conditioning
I train High School and College level athletes across baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, cross-country, track and golf - including D1-D3 athletes preparing for the next level or working around or back from an injury.
I also train Adult Recreational Athletes including: marathon and ultrarunners, tennis, pickleball, and of course, golf (see below).
An initial consult starts with a conversation with you (and your parent and coach if applicable) and a movement screen and assessment. From there, programming is built around your sport, your position, and your season- maintaining strength in season, building it in the off-season. The goal is simple: help you perform better, reduce injury risk, and walk into any gym or weight room with complete confidence.
Parents and coaches are a welcome part of the process. I encourage athletes- and their families and coaches to ask “why” at every step.
Golf Performance Training
As a TPI - Titleist Performance Institute Certified coach, I train golfers to move better, generate more power, and stay injury-free across every round and every season. Most golfers leave significant performance on the table because of mobility limitations, strength imbalances and movement patterns that quietly undermine their game. Programs are built around the specific physical demands of your swing and your game.
Rates & Packages
