What Clients Say

  • “I’ve been working with Alex for over two years, and she’s been an essential part of my wellness journey. Because I’m on a GLP-1 medication, building and preserving muscle has been a real priority — and her expertise in safe, effective strength training has made all the difference. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to explain the why behind each exercise and adapts every session to my specific needs. She’s incredibly patient and encouraging, and she’s helped me build not just strength, but real confidence in what my body can do. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly meets you where you are — I can’t recommend Alex enough.”

Working with Alex played such a huge role in my preparation for the next level at Ohio State. She pushed me physically, but also helped build my confidence going into college athletics. I felt extremely prepared walking into the weight room because of the foundation we built together. We did a mix of personally curated workouts along with the lift and conditioning packet I was given by Ohio State S&C, and this allowed me to fully understand each movement while continuing to build strength and proper technique. I can confidently say I was steps ahead coming into college and felt my strongest working with her.

Having one-on-one sessions with Alex made such a difference because every workout was personalized and intentional. Now being at Ohio State and working out alongside 22 other girls, I’ve really realized the value of those individualized sessions and how beneficial it was to have someone consistently coaching my form, technique, and movements the way she did.

I always appreciated how positive and supportive she was while still challenging me to improve every session. She genuinely cares not only about performance, but about me as a person too, which made training with her something I always looked forward to.

I would absolutely recommend Alex to any athlete wanting to compete at the next level because she truly cares about helping athletes improve and prepare the right way

  • "Never having used a personal trainer before, I went in a little hesitant asking for help with multiple issues in building strength so I could continue running without pain. Alex does a fantastic job incorporating a plan that works with your schedule and fitness level always making you feel comfortable with your own personal abilities. "

  • "I started working out with Alex about a year ago after sustaining significant hamstring injury requiring prolonged rest and physical therapy. I was excited to find Alex who was very willing to work not only with my injury but also with my level of deconditioning after not being able to exercise for over a year. Alex's workout regimens are always innovative, and she changes the routine every time to make exercising more fun and challenging. She pushes me to try my best, always in a non-judgmental way. She is very knowledgeable about health and nutrition, and we frequently discuss new developments and recommendations in both areas. My injury has continued to get better, and I have felt stronger and more energetic with every workout thanks to Alex's expertise. "

  • "When I first started to workout with Alex, I thought I couldn't do anything because of a hip injury (I had been running 10-12 miles a day 3-4 days per week prior to that). Because of the injury I was only working out my upper body and my core was weak. Now, thanks to Alex, I am working out my whole body even hips and legs again! She helped me a lot with my injury and now I feel strong all over. I really highly recommend her. It doesn't matter if you are injured or not, Alex always finds the right exercises for everyone."

  • “My strength has improved more than anything else. I can actually do push-ups now — before, I couldn’t do a single one. If you struggle with exercise and knowing where to even start, having a knowledgeable trainer to keep you accountable and show you exactly what to do is priceless.”
