Personal Training

One-on-one training in the privacy of a fully equipped studio gym setting.  If you want consistent, personal help developing and reaching your individual goals this is the way to go!  We'll meet to discuss what you want to accomplish, your preferred coaching style and assess your starting point.   Each session, each day we meet is customized for you based on your needs and your goals. Nutrition Coaching for weight loss, weight gain, or body recomposition is discussed as needed during our sessions.

 

Athlete Strength and Conditioning/Performance Coaching

Looking for an individualized program for you or your youth athlete?  I train D1-D3 bound and High School Recreational baseball, softball, volleyball, cross-country, track, basketball, lacrosse, soccer and golf athletes. Each athlete goes through an assessment and movement screen.   I have a detailed conversation with the athlete and parent to discuss current and previous strength and conditioning experience, current nutrition habits and what the athlete’s goals are. Everything we  do has a specific purpose and your specific sport (and position) in mind and I encourage you to ask me "why" at any time and often throughout our work together.  I adjust programming to maintain strength in-season and build during off-season. I am a stickler for form and my goal is to help you excel at your sport, reduce your risk of injury, and help you feel competent and confident in any gym or weight room. I am a CFSC (certified functional strength coach), CPT (certified personal trainer), FMS2 (Functional Movement Systems Level 2), TPI (Titleist Performance Coach), Sports Conditioning Specialist Certified, and PN1 (Precision Nutrition Sports Nutrition Certified Coach).  I spend many hours each week watching videos, participating in seminars and studying the latest research and best ways to help you be the best athlete you can be.  Contact me for more information or references.
